How to Access the Dashboard
After registering on defte.co, access your panel at defte.co/dashboard or via the mobile app. The platform supports 3 languages: Turkish, English, and Russian — the interface adapts automatically to your language preference.
Core Management Features
📅 Appointment Calendar
Daily, weekly, and monthly views. Add new appointments, edit or cancel existing ones. Customer name, service, and time visible on one screen.
👥 Customer Management
Customer list, appointment history, and contact details. Customer records are created automatically — easily track repeat clients.
✂️ Service List
Manage your services, prices, and durations. Every service appears on the customer booking page. Unlimited services (on Pro and Enterprise plans).
👨💼 Staff Management
Add your employees, set individual working hours and services per staff member. Customers can choose their preferred staff.
Real-Time Notifications — Never Miss an Appointment
You receive an instant notification when a new appointment is booked. Notifications are delivered through three channels:
- Push notification (web/PWA): Works on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Notifications arrive even when the browser is closed.
- Push notification (Android): Add defte.co to your home screen or use the Android app; receive instant FCM notifications.
- Push notification (iOS): Install as a PWA via Safari "Add to Home Screen"; receive web push notifications (iOS 16.4+).
- Email notification: An email notification is sent for every new appointment. Appointment reminders are also sent by email.
Multi-device support: You can be logged in simultaneously on your phone, tablet, and computer. New appointments are notified to all active devices at the same time.
Appointment Status Management
Each appointment can be in one of the following states:
- Pending: A new appointment has arrived, no action taken yet.
- Confirmed: Confirmed by the salon owner.
- Completed: The service has been performed. Marking as completed sends a review notification to the customer.
- Cancelled: Cancelled by the salon owner or customer. An automatic notification is sent to the customer.
Customer Notification System
defte.co sends automatic notifications not only to salon owners but also to customers:
✅ Booking Confirmation
When a customer books, they instantly receive a "Your appointment has been created" notification.
⏰ Appointment Reminders
Automatic reminder push notifications and emails are sent 1 hour and 30 minutes before the appointment.
❌ Cancellation Notice
When an appointment is cancelled, the customer is instantly informed and directed to book again.
⭐ Review Request
After the service is completed, the customer receives a review invitation. Tapping it opens the review page.
Customer Booking Page (Salon Link)
Each salon has its own booking page: defte.co/your-salon-name. This page:
- Displays the salon's name, description, and services
- Lets customers select a date and time and book — no registration required
- Can be shared via QR code (Settings → QR Code)
- Mobile-friendly and fast-loading
- Can be installed as a PWA: customers use "Add to Home Screen" to get a salon app
Statistics and Reports
Key statistics are displayed at the top of the dashboard:
- Total appointments (today / this week / this month)
- Completed and cancelled appointments
- Most popular services
- Customer return rate
